Minimizing vacancy is a key focus for us. We will have a deposit on your property in 30 days or less from the rent ready date, otherwise you get 2 MONTHS of management fees for FREE. Please note that RCW must approve the marketed rental rate and owner must allow pets to be eligible for this guarantee.
We want to make sure that our interests are aligned with your interests . . . so that we are on your side. To do this we do not charge management fees when the property is vacant and we do not earn our management fee until we collect the rent. If the property is vacant we work for FREE. If we don’t collect the rent we work for FREE.

If we placed a tenant in the property and we ever have to terminate your tenant’s rental agreement due to poor performance or breach of contract, we will replace them with a new tenant and the leasing fee for the new tenant is FREE.
